Properties:

  • As the name implies, the Setting sealer is a modified model of seam sealer and it is used in very large areas and gaps where the Seam Sealer is unusable, making these large gaps easy to seal. Lighter than the Seam Sealer and easily extruded up to 4 cm thickness.

The product is specially designed to protect the vehicle’s body against stone chipping and moisture. This product’s high resistance to corrosion makes the car’s body resistant to corrosion. Proper rheology of this product makes the thickness of 1500 microns ‘easily spray under the body without fear of over-spray and sagging. This product can be used in different conditions by any type of nozzles and gives the appropriate thickness without over spray.

Application:
The Under-body Coating is spray-able in the paint shop by any type of nozzles. The application pressure of this product has a wide range and is spray-able in different thicknesses.

Compatibility is good with current surfacers and top coat/clear coat, and enables it to be sprayed on visible areas (sill section).

– SETTING SEALER (EP 268)

SETTING SEALER is an extudable PVC, especially developed for antiflutter

Application (i.e.: extrusion between stiffeners and panels); thanks to its high-modulus properties, it acts as a semi-structural product. Its anticorrosion properties are also excellent.

Jellification (hardening) is effective after curing in the paint-shop ovens.

Excellent sag-resistance of DAQIQCHIMIE’s SETTING SEALER permits to use it as a gap-filler (e.g.: underbody extrusion for gap obturation).

– UNDER BODY COATING (UBC)

UBC is a sprayable PVC plastisol, especially developed to protect cars underbody against stone chipping; with a 500 μ m dry coating there is a high performance of abrasion and corrosion resistance, after curing in the paint-shop ovens. – BETA CLEAN 3600

BETACLEAN 3600 is a cleaner for removing PVC palastisol products from machine and filters.
