BIFUNCTIONAL COATING is a low density sprayable and extrudable PVC plastisol, especially developed to protect cars underbody against stone chipping; with a 500 μ m dry coating there is a high performance of abrasion and corrosion resistance, after curing in the paint-shop ovens. Paint
Compatibility is good with current surfacers and top coat/clear coat, and enables it to be sprayed on visible areas (sill section).
– SETTING SEALER (EP 268)
SETTING SEALER is an extudable PVC, especially developed for antiflutter
Application (i.e.: extrusion between stiffeners and panels); thanks to its high-modulus properties, it acts as a semi-structural product. Its anticorrosion properties are also excellent.
Jellification (hardening) is effective after curing in the paint-shop ovens.
Excellent sag-resistance of DAQIQCHIMIE’s SETTING SEALER permits to use it as a gap-filler (e.g.: underbody extrusion for gap obturation).
– UNDER BODY COATING (UBC)
